With sister Lorene- took the expert trail and after 6.6 miles limped back to the car!

Entering cave creek to golf rancho Manana but the weather changed and got cold so we enjoyed a late lunch and rescheduled!
Kristine had a rough day and took her out for dinner and found support in all directions
The picture can’t really show the steep drive and hairpin turns with no guard rails. It took extreme focus and the view of Phoenix and the valley was incredible!
Kristine’s first experience in a salt room for a group meditation focused on a healing for Australia and their fires. She said it was great! Although she was covered in salt from the air they blow into the room.
Kristine found new oranges on our tree today!
