WE have worked extensively with the Dialogflow system from Google. Intents and Entities are really important and well done within Dialogflow to control the conversation.\u00a0 We think there are a few underrated pieces of this system.<\/p>\n
1) Contexts are like the glue that holds this conversation together. Very Powerful.<\/p>\n
2) Session Level Entities enables the Entity to be customized at the session level. So if I want to use an Entity that uses my particular data I can for the duration of the session. This enable a bunch of possibilities.<\/p>\n
3) Create Intents and Entities pre-loaded with YOUR data and used the users of the Agent is really the basis for Dynamic Conversations. Specials, Promotions, Pricing, Announcements, Inventory Levels, ….. . All go to make for better experiences for the Customers, Suppliers and Employees.<\/p>\n
